Mr. Kofi Agyekum is a PhD student and an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Building Technology, KNUST. He holds a BSc. (Hons) and an MPhil (Hons) in Building Technology. His current research interests include building survey, building materials and properties and Lean Construction. He is a member of the Institute of Incorporated Engineers in Ghana (MIIE), an incorporate member of Chartered Institute of Builders (ICIOB) and a student member of the RICS. From ORCID
